Are there back pass rule??

does anybody noe whether there's a back pass rule??
i was playing against the cpu and putting their defenders under some pressure... this result in their decision to back pass to their keeper with their feet.. i gave chase after the ball and the keeper got down and grab the ball to safety... i wasn't awarded anything and the ref din blow for a foul and the game carried on... it'll b interesting to see a indirect freekick implemented to upcoming winning elevens in the penalty box..

how difficult can it be? if they can make the keeper save the ball when you kick it, surely they can make him NOT pick it up if one of his own players passes it too him? Maybe the Japanese aren't aware of this rule? They didn't know how to throw the ball in WC2002 so it's not impossible

This has always bugged me because the computer always seems to pass back to the goalie

It is annoying at times but i only really pass back when im under too much pressure! and even when i do do that i lob it back up the pitch! It'd be a decent addition i think but it may be a bit hard to implement!

I think there is a back-pass rule but the ref are very lenient as to the intent of back-passes. So if you X or O it back to the keeper, he won't pick it up but any slight deflection from anyone means it's ok for the keeper to grab the ball.

The only time i knock the ball back to my keeper is when I am tryin to watse time when Ive takent he lead against a mate, it annoys the fuck out of him... he would do the same, if he was in my shoes like, so...
