The game is on my library, but I cannot delete or anything as the option button doesnt work on it

When I try to download it, it downloads the theme and it says error 33770, the popular solution of downloading another thing and trying again, doesn't work.

Is the same happening to you?, it also says its still a day and some hours for unlock, is the same time for you?. Download says only 9 megs.

Are you in the same situation?, or are you able to start downloading the whole game?

Yeh same thing here too , I'm in uk but I have us account thought it might be something to do with that , but looking into it it looks like Sony haven't uploaded the game yet just the theme cos the game would surly be more that 9 mb , r u in the us ?

Guys I think the game must have not been uploaded as yet because the file size is 9.4 mb which is the theme , the game on the other hand should be around 15-20gb , I have US account but I live in uk , would be cool if one of u US guys could ring Playstation and ask about this problem?

I'll check in 20 minutes to see if mine is downloaded and determine the problem if there is any. Konami never specified when the pre-load would be ready, only that it would be before the release date tomorrow. 12:00AM.

every PS4 game is pre-load enabled, though.

This is the whole point of me having a US account so I can get games early . Pro doesn't come out over here till Friday . And as for pre-load that's what it means pre-load , so we have it before release , Sony poor lack of management of there site

Yes but this is what I'm saying , the actual game file is not there , at the mo it's just the theme , that why u get the code , because when u hit download it does the theme then looks for the game file but it is not there that's y u get the code error 37700-7

yeah that's the same thing that happens to me. and yeah, the file size is still N/A on PSN. I'm wondering if the file just isn't up yet, which would at least be some kind of news.

same here, I'm in the US and same error message....but I have a different question for you guys...

PES is not that popular here in the US, which of course means playing south american players 90% of time, which is a lag fest online....I was thinking to make a UK psn account & buy the digital version on there...will I then be able to play EURO players? who I'm hoping have much better internet connections...the constant lag is killing a great game for me...

OR hopefully with all these positive reviews coming out, maybe more US players will buy the game and improve the online experience....

has anyone done this before? ....my only other option is to move to brazil for a few months and enjoy the game there lol

Just got home and it's downloading. It's IMPORTANT that you manually download the game by selecting the "Download" button! The pre-load system for PS4 has always been broken, and I've always had to manually start the download. It's utterly ridiculous, and I don't have time for it.

By the way, you can quickly get to the game by going to: PSN Store -> Scrolling all the way to the bottom -> Select "Games Library" -> and find PES 2016.

I just got my PS4 today and this is the first game that I bought.
Earlier today I was receiving error when I try to download. I thought that I can't download it until release.

I tried it again now, and it's already downloading. I manually download if from PS store website.
