Hello my friend...your option file is good but have a big big big big problem....
When play master league with players developed crash in last week of division 2 and go to desktop....this is veru badly....and if someone wants to play master league....have big problem...fix it...

I try master league with this option file and there is no problem with OF.
Maybe another software problem occur for you. check the other setting.
I try Master League with Man Utd and i am in 3th season.

I try 2 more times.....with this parameters...
very hard level
no internet play
classic players yes
players developed
original members teams
and i playe one time with Arsenal,one time with Bayern and yesterday with Olympiakos and 3 times crash in last week of 1st season...man...why....
And my computer is powreful with 2 gtx280 sli and QX9770 with 4 gb ram with vista 32 ultimate

Me and My friend try your settings and we found no errors in the game.
We try all your settings that you said in your post but there is no problem.
I think your problem is not with the Option File. Change your game setting or change the option file with another and try.

This of is very very good, but you should add Champions League teams. What example Anorthosis is not in CL, but Debrecen, Zurich are. You add Unirea Urziceni and St. Liege. That is that! We nedds CL teams
