Assign licensed stadium to created teams?

edit,teams,home stadium - choose from stadiums on view
Not all stadiums can be assigned due to licensing.
ggdaris is the process the same as was before?

That what i wanna do, can you explain again the steps to perform this,
I will need stadium ID's especially for Saitama, i cant remeber what i did last year but it worked. Any help would be awsome........
yes the same process like pes18 or pes17

Hey mate, I tried using the same process to assign Saitama Stadium to Hajduk Split but looks like this year we cant do that. Can you confirm if you were able to assign a licensed stadium to a created team in pes 2019??
Is the same métod. Only need decrypter for pes19, you can download from Evo web
I asign Saitama stadium to costa rica and work perfect

I used decrypter, and changed stadium ID from 1D to 17 with hex editor then saved, and encrypted but it only shows Konami stadium.....i followed same process like last year.....can you elaborate what you did or which decrypter you used...please man I would be forever thankful.....
Here is how I been changing the Stadiums this year.
Decrypt TED file using Panos' tool
Open Converter in Excel, Enable Macros - Click "IMPORT PS4 OR PC .ted FILE" and load your chosen decrypted .ted
Click "Copy to HxD" on the chosen type of file you want to convert to.
Paste to a New HxD file and open/paste in Hex Editor (https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/)
Change Stadium ID
Save file as .TED
Encrypt TED file with Panos's tool
Import TED in game

** Just a note. If you open stadium setting in EDIT MODE, it will revert stadium back and you will need to do the process all over again.

After seeing ggdaris comment about only needing the decrypter, realized I have been doing it the long way this year. Just tested by skipping using the converter.
So just use the decrypter for PES 19
Decrypt TED file using Panos' tool
Open decrypted TED in Hex Editor
Change Stadium ID
Save file as .TED
Encrypt TED file with Panos's tool
Import TED in game
