it depends on how many seasons you plan on doing... i was in for the long haul so time didnt matter. but if your only going to do say 5 seasons then id buy anyone regardless of age

remember rookies cost next to nothing and they become amazing players. my team are so good i havent had offers for any of my players for 12 seasons i have to trade or release to get rid of them!!!

fair enough, butt if you want amazing players i'd suggest sticking with a starting eleven and then just change when fatige hits

If you spend a lot of time on him and have the patience to MAKE him score, Aguero becomes one of the top 20 strikers in the game. In pre-season training I usually make him concentrate on building up his speed, makes it easier to get space for a shot, can't bear slow teams
