Automatic Tackling by the AI

yer happened to me just now. im playing chamions league with liverpool and in the quater-finals against chelsea. i was carragher and he slide tackled automatically and got sent off. pissed me off proper because now i havnt got him for the 2nd leg. happens to me every 4-5 games.

happens to me every game, usually through on goal resulting in a red card.

everyone moans that the AI doesnt do anything and its not responsive enough etc etc
Now that its making tackles its self people are moaning about that as well, what exactly do you want??
I havent had any players sent off because the computer has made a tackle, had a few bookings and that but also loads of good tackles

The AI is Awesome , Every player's brain in ever steps of the game why not accept one or 2 problems for that ? my players do clearance for me , they intercept passes and they defend so well , ya its bad to do unwanted tackle in the D box , may be they should patch it a bit.
dont be silly, team sport? If I am in control of a player, he shouldnt do ANYTHING without me pressing the button. that includes tackling and clearing the ball when that was not in my plans.
Its very annoying, hopefully patch it out of the game and fix keepers too

its hard, thats why when its inside the box, i dont press the pressure button, just run my defender on top of the attacker and it will automatically take the ball away.

it happened to me too.. I was playing liverpool in champions league and i am in this pivotal game for qualification, i was controlling alonso near the box and then, all of a sudden i see Gerrard come out of nowhere and lash out at the attacker, getting sent off straight away. I was like: what the *#+'+??? why did that happen?
And mind you, i wasnt even controlling him.
and it happened at the wrong time.. Thats why, we ppl, i guess, are complaining.. Nothing more... All in all, this is a great game. Period.

I find this really annoying and it happens nearly every game and often ruins some intense 2 player games i've played with my bro due to the computer deciding to slide in and get my players sent off!
And no this is not caused by holding square for 2nd defender pressure as I never use it.
It has been in PES for a few years now but this year its worse than ever.
It would be much better if the AI players never done sliding tackles at all, just apply pressure as there simply reckless, something as important as a sliding tackes should be under the players control.
I don't mind the reaction AI clearances or passes when I'm not that player, but I do find it annoying when I an the player and is still does things automatically.

As the player I want to be in control I do not want the CPU making match chaging actions for me.

the sliding tackles were'nt so rampant in PES 08. And at least in 08 they don't randomly go around lunging at people from behind. Most of the sliding tackles then were pretty well calculated and mostly they would only try something like that outside of the penalty box.
But right now, its like the minute the opposition dribbles the ball into my penalty area i would get a sense of dread cuz i would never know when the AI would decide to do something incredibly stupid and get himself sent off in the process.
