Bad day at the nationals 7 patch help

I had a really bad day at the nationals yesterday Zyg winning only 1 out of 5 i had 2 draws and 2 defeats both defeats where by the single goal 1 even a own goal !!!! sick as a parrot.
Hey ive been playing the jap version of we7 int ands its excellent another big improvement on we 7 and pes3 and ive even got a patch that has the full boro team on it kits and everything there are in the place of west ham (well ya cant have a 1st division team in it can ya!!).
Ive just got a voice call name patch as well but i need to know how to import the data.afs file back into the iso ive extracted it and patched it but what software do i need to import the file back into the iso please can somebody help.

I had an OK day in the league. It's very true about how much WE7:IJ is better than PES3 but I've been practicing on PES3 (unpatched ) all week to get used to it again- I think it helped.
