when creating player in BAL after selecting league to start..suddenly the games stopo responding and crash...i used patch 0.6 from pesedit.com and after i reinstall the game and without the patch it still crash at creating player...does anyon can help me...please...!!!!

If I was you I would go to your hard drive and delete the PES 2010 folder completely and reload the game like you did the very first time.
Offcourse you will lose any saved gamed and edited data etc but it just seems to me like there is a conflict in the file system somewhere and you may never get it loaded.
