I think if i have a blistering start to life in the youth team big teams should come in. Atm its just crap teams like Bolton etc and you just get stuck in a rut with them. I think if i scored tonnes of goals and had good match ratings, big clubs like Liverpool should come in for me calling me the new Messi or something and if it doesnt work out then bin me.

Agree with you, so many times when I am playing striker and I am on the last man, I want the ball over the top of the defence, as my speed is good, but most of the time (nearly always) pass it to my feet, gets me really fustrated.

I like that idea, alot, I hope you do because when you are 17 you dont start week in week out. You should have to play with the Youth Team for a season then your performances should get you into the training matches, then the first team. It would add more longvity to this mode.

P.S- I remember what I wrote to Konami about Become A Legend.

*More nogotiable things- what number you want, what positions you will be willing to play etc.

*Cut Scenses controllable- during a match if your player does something eg. commit a foul you can use the d-pad to select something to do eg. up- look to the heavens, down- help the player up, right- argue wth the referee, left- go over to the player and accuse him of diving.

*Statements after matches- like the old WWE games, were you get a list of sayings after the match and you get to choose which one you want to say, but if you say something bad fo the manager you get dropped for a couple of games.

Anyone like any of the ideas?

I've been thinking about how BAL could be better - i'm not going to talk about the AI as that to me is a given that has to improve. I'm talking about how it has to feel different to just taking control of one player. The thing that I think is missing is the way I don't feel like the player is me enough. Yea, it has my name, it looks something like me but that's all the influence I have. I would like to see my player have more control over his personality, career and influencing the team. The ways this can be done, I think, would be the following -

Celebrations

Someone has already mentioned this on a different thread, but the ability to choose your own celebration, but should include how you celebrate\react to other team members scoring, or when you concede. If you're losing 5-0 and you score and you celebrate like a madman, the fans, manager and other team mates are going to find that odd. Likewise if you score the winning goal in the cup final and don't celebrate it will seem like you don't care. There can be a vast different amount of reasons\reactions to conceding or scoring that would make a difference. If you don't touch the controller, then default animations take place with no knock-on affects.

Substituted

How you react to this... a simple clap, a shake of the head, shouting at the manager. This would all relate to the score at the time, your fitness, your rating. So your team is losing, you're the best player on the pitch and you're subbed. Having a go at the manager could get the fans on your side cos it shows you care, but depending on the manager he could drop you or sell you. Subdued and the fans\manager\players may think you don't care.

Reactions to good runs, slump in form etc

IF you're interviewed during slump in form, or good runs, or a player on a goal drought, you can encourage or slate the team. This will have a good affect or a bad affect on the team and your relationship with them. This could be extended to in the match, someone missing chances, defensive errors. Do they need an arm around them, or a good going at. Also this could be affected by how old you are. A 20 year old shouting at the club captain - not good. 29 year old captain shouting at the teams 22 year old primadona (ahem Ronaldo) may do him some good!

All of these things would make you feel like you, and also have a good or bad affect on the team.

All of those are great and would allow you to put your stamp on your career. I think the celecration one is good. I remember ages ago somone said you should have a family and if you have a bad game you can go home and beat your wife which i still laugh at even though its wrong.

I think they should really look at the DLC options that are out there. There's so many things they could do like teams, commentary and about a million other things.

for pass request you show have to tap the request a button pass 2x for lobbed balls and 1x fro balls on the ground

also some real training not just training matches

and do somethinf about the stamina and speed how is it your 17 and you have such low stamina and so slow no way, also technique at this age your main problem is team work and strength

and gosh your AI team mates why is it that most of the time you have to do all the running all the closing down all the shooting cause you know you team mates will miss 8/10

stop having lower clubs offering for world player of the year
