Do you ever get more than the 12 you are assigned with at the beginning?
And also, i know it was posted before, but I couldn't find the thread, what do the individual bars represent stats-wise. If someone could provide a link to that thread i would be gratefull

No you don't get more than 12. What do you mean what do they represent? How many exp points you get for one bar?
