im in my 2nd season now and i hvnt earned any points theyre all on 2, so my stats are goin up slow

I think you start out with 2 in each category by default. You can change this by hitting A (I'm using Xbox360), then going left to subtract points from that category. Then you'll have a # in the remaining points section (instead of 0) and you can put them into a different category.
I don't think you actually gain more to use, you just have the ones that are there and have to rearrange them.
My advice for all of you is to immediately put 6 points with kick technique. It is important to do that as during your youth (17-20 around there) , your stats increase faster and most of all kicking technique covers the most vital stats (etc: accuracy, short pass sppeed and accuracy, technique.......). So try to cover the vital stats be4 you reach 21+ as your stats would increase slower.
also think there should be some training games like old versions of PES to aid in your players development.
Def. That trainig mode was brilliant on it's own, imaging how great it'd have been if it was actually planted withing BAL to further improve player stats.

I made the mistake of working on my Stamina for 4 seasons becuase I didn't like coming off, everytime the clock reaches 60.

I put it to 4 and most stats are increasing the most. thanks for the advice
