BAL training

just a quick thread to try and put across an idea i had.

in BAL i wouldn't mind seeing a training mode with everyone on the pitch in training gear instead of kit, hats and gloves if the weather is cold or snowing.
the ref replaced by the gaffer in his big redknappesque jacket shouting instructions to the players and if you followed his commands quickly it affected your stats accordingly. maybe with about six or more balls rolling around between groups of players.
keeper training at the side in a portable net like they have at edge of the pitch before kick offs. you are called now and then to assist with some accurate shooting in order to get the keepers a bit of a stat assistance. free kicks, corners and other various set plays could come into it at some point, as the teamwork stats improved.
maybe even having managerial or assistant coach improvements as your team moved up or down the league.
i could go on with this all night but it may get a bit far fetched. the rough idea though is to have a more involving training session. maybe even being able to choose extra training alone and work on accuracy at shooting and passing.

I want a "free roam" mode, for training, basicly.

As stottmeister mentions, a pitch with players running about doing different things. Your own player could join in on the action of say: Sprinting, dribbling through obstacles, shooting, 5 on 5 on small goals.

When you've broken into the first team, there's practically NO more Intersquad matches in the game. And I liked the intersquad matches. They didn't have the annoying commentaries (I know I can turn them off, I just don't want to because they need to be there for actual matches) and it's much more quiet.

I want there to be a sense of individuality in BAL. I want my player to be able to do other stuff then JUST playing a bunch of matches. Training is the essential thing.

another thing, how come you dont get to increase your stats in the negotiation period like ML?

Good question.

We can assume that our players is on vacation?

Then again, you DO get to increase stats if your national team is playing a match (and you're in it) during the january window and the off season.
