I've played people online who are Barcelona. Like for instance on one game i chose West Ham and he was Barce, all i kept doing is pass the ball, he couldn't get the ball, passed along my back 5 and he couldn't get it. Half time, 0-0 i had 73% of the possesion, in the end it was 0-0 because i kept passing the ball, mind you i did hit the bar :realmad:. Whats really annoying though, i dont know if any of you have noticed this but some people pick their ML team online, and they have the likes of Kaka, C.Ronaldo, Adriano, Robinho, Rooney ect ect and you cannot get the ball, pisses me off. So my suggestion is to keep passing the ball(when they pick Barce) mostly at the back so they cant get the ball

i mean, you play the game to have fun, but where is the fun on just passing the ball between the defenders during 15 minutes?
He said he hit the bar. I guess he meant passing it in the back and midfield until he got a chance to make a break. Just what a small team would try to do against Barça. It worked with the original ML team, so...

pes 6 had it right. Tactically Barca were poor, obviously Dinho, Etoo etc. . were amoung the best but the team didnt steamroller every1. Now its just unrealistic. I think Henry and Dinho are vastly overrated. Etoo is too good but hes amazing in real life so fair enuf and Messi is about right. I have yet to play online and by the sounds of it im not missing out much. On pes 2008 I vary between Celtic, Bayern Munich and Argentina mainly. If i play a mate who i really wanna beat then i use united but in 2 player games me and my mates operate a "No Barca" rule. You all should do likewise lol.

im newcastle all the time. a just love a challenge lol. i usually put on my room name ENGLISH TEAMS ONLY!!!!!! had a few players in who ended up being forgien teams. someone was atletico n i beat them 13-1 but ive also beat barca a few times. i was sweating at the end tho haha was so hard.
end of the day though if you dont wanna play barca, make sure its your room your playing in and just reject the opposition until you see a player whos last 5matches havent been with barca. usually works for me

you have to compete to be the best teams.
I don't think so mate, I have played with Portsmouth against the big guns and I have beaten them. I will upload my last 20 matches to prove this.
what a load of crap, if your good enough then you can you beat anyone .
It was the same last year, everybody went Inter Milan and it got so boring, just because Adriano has 99 power. And i dont rate him that much in real life!

Yep, Inter were the slags choice in pes 6. Theyre basically a team who were on paper unbelievable but they always always choked. Similarly Where are Barca in the league right now?? Theyve really dropped the ball in regard to Barca's stats and it does ruin the game to the extent where a player youd normally beat 80% the time, using Barca it becomes like a 50 50.
