as much as i want my england squad to be great (and without jeffers) i think u've over-rated him abit,
i notice you've even used the set stats at 77, 78, 79 trick to make it look not as bad as less yellow stats.

i'd suggest something more like:

as for cm01/02 arent the stats the same :S jst in a different order.

wouldnt recommend using 01/02 cos the stats will be out of date unless you've downloaded an update.

The problem with using a Championship Manager stat converter is that players in CM get better as time passes, and in general improve rather than get worse.

Hence, in 2005, you end up with James Beattie, with 20 for pace, finishing, acceleration, and 18 or so for Dribbling etc.

I would say his shot stats were ones you overrated the most, though the appearance is a lot better than my attempt.

Pfff that's not right, 80 + for speed and acceleration? One of his strengths certainly isn't speed. Passing ability is also extremely dodgy...

His main strengths are strength, heading and shooting, everything else should be low 70's or 60's.

I dragged this back to the top cos I'm trying to find a good face for him
