Personally, I think Mascherano develops into the best DMF in the game.

I have him for Man United, and he is truly superb.

Who else is good, and develops well?

Gotta agree...Mascherano is class.....but a thing i do a lot is (because I use Ronaldinho as an attacking midfielder in a 4-4-2 diamond formation) use Beckham (or someone with real good passing skills) in a DMF position....a good tackle and pin point pass and im on my way...try it guys, it is useful.

what formation do you use then fab.ive started using
3-4-3.score most goals with that one.

The formation depends on your players, the formation your opposition is playing with and there strength of players.

I usually use a flat back four, 2 defensive midfielders, 2 attacking midfielders and 2 attackers. That way I basically have 4 attacking players and 6 defensive players, solid formation.

I have Mathieu and Heitinga. Both are bloody excellent, and versatile to boot. Both break up play in the middle of the park, are good in the air, big physical players, and both score enough a season from sitting in frton of the defence due to their heading and long range shooting abilities.

Yes Luay, Bos is sick. The same players don't always come out though. On a few of my ML games, I've got some good ones like Bos, Orellano and Kaiser who have special abilities as well as good stats for development, but on others the generated players are dog crap.

I don't like orellano. kasiers pretty great though, Arsenal have signed him up. I don't need him now, but I'm thinking of a swoop when luis garcia gets a bit past it. Shame he doesn;t have middle shooting, though. I'll look out for this Bos character though.

Best DMF

THe best DMF is Ji Sung Park. I put him there by accident against juve and i've played him there ever since. I dont know if this is just my imagination but i swear he makes your midfield more attack minded.

Mathieu plays for Garrone I think. Not sure though.

I must agree VivaCastro. Mascherano is excellent. I bought him at 19 yr and hes now 24 with abilities in the 90s He's stamina is superb. Oh, and did you know he is a long range shooter . He can knock one in from way out, when he comes up during an attack.
