in ml he is 18 and he plays for shalke (he is german)

Here's a few you should look into:

Javier Garrido (RB, some spanish side)
Ibson (AMF, Porto)
Hatem Ben Arfa (LWF, Lyon)
Edixon Perea (CF, Bordeaux)

None of them develop super stats like Baumjohann or Rooney for instance, so don't be fooled by that, they all perform like few others I've seen so far, way better than their stats would suggest.

Also, although he isn't that unknown, I have to add that Joao Moutinho (CM, Sporting) is really an amazing player in PES5, performs great and develops nicely aswell.

Many players develope over 95 in many stats and so does Schwarz BUT he also has special abilities: Lines, scoring, post player, positioning, reaction. (maybe others aswell, can't remember) Now that's something that makes this player one of the top strikers in the game.

Marcus Senna of Villareal. He may be a defensive midfielder, but for me it's his attacking that catches the eye
