Best Teams to Overwrite in WE8?

I'm looking to overwrite 10 teams in the game to make the 3 teams promoted to the Premier League this season, and 7 Division 1 (AKA Coca Cola Championship) teams so that I can have a true english feel when playing Master League.

I'm looking for some advice as to whcih teams in the rest of the world section I should overwrite to get the teams I would like. Idealy I looking for the teams with no International players, if at least very few, so that I don't screw up national sqauds when I come to edit.

There are two obvious teams, so I'm wondering if anyone has any good ideas for the other 8:

PES United ---> Sunderland AFC (Obviously )
WE United ---> West Ham
? ---> Crystal Palace
? ---> Norwich
? ---> West Brom
? ---> Ipswich
? ---> Coventry
? ---> Wigan
? ---> Millwall
? ---> Plymouth

start a master NORTH league see who else is in it and overwrite them! i think RC Lens and Brescia are two of them.

I'd prefer to leave the French and Italian teams alone, and use the feature I unlocked in the WE shop and specify where I want teams.

I was thinking more of the Rest of the World teams.

Bumped after a few months.

I've managed to find some of the kits I'm after, just waiting to see if they will work on WE8.

Still can't figure out which teams in "Rest of the World" would be best to fill the spots I have listed above. In this version they don't have the flags next to names to show if they play for a club/national team.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

just pick the teams u never use, partizan belgrade, besiktas, cruzeiro would be a start
