Biased Refereeing

I don't know whether it's me or other people get the same thing. Tackle from behind = Red card. AI tackle from behind = Foul and yellow/No foul and card. In extra time, I have possession of the ball in the opponents half, referee blows his whistle. AI gets to pass it around to make scoring opportunities and if didn't clear it then it would never end. One more thing, blatant assaults and bashings in the penalty box = No pen. AI = Red card and pen.

End of my frustration.

If Konami is going to continue to make referees this biased, I suggest they make referees eligible to be tackled and assaulted. That would be the best way to put away the fire.

A small thing that I recognised it doesn't really matter, but u takes away realism. The referees just stand around the halfway line and don't even face the play! Small thing as I said but takes away realism!

Anyone else notice this??

The refs are blind, yes, but I dunno if they're not impartial, since I managed to get away with assaults myself.

Don't you guys notice that AI won't get straight red cards and is almost impossible but possible for the to get second yellows? But human players get straight reds all the time.

I think the referee works pretty much fine otherwise BUT not ever giving penalties to a player when comp fouls inside the box.. which is of course a bad bad bug.

I think it's difficult enough for player to do good tackles, it's really satisfying to pull of great tackles and block shots with the, in my opinion. Ref doesn't give card to you if you tackle WELL.

I agree with Metsuri69, you'll have to master your tackling. Never do an sliding tackle from behind. Time where the ball is going and throw out your tackle a second before the ball comes in that area. I have played almost a whole season with Ajax in the masterleague on topplayer and i only had one red card sofar. Cpu had one red. And i have got one penalty till now. I should have gotten about 3 or 4 but hey thats football.

Maybe I was an exception. Yes, those that i took the player out without touching the ball I hold my hands up and admit. But some i cleanly and brilliantly stole the ball away from the opposition, the ref still blows n most of the time gives me a yellow. I played all PES all my life and this refereeing system is the worst.

I agree with nando, i tackle WELL according to the games standard, but thats cos iv got used to its decision making, so i can play the game without gettin cards.
On the whole tho, the refs suck, wrongly given free kicks and cards galore, lack of pens, when i play the game how i think i should be able too. Granted i get away with assaults myself, but that aint really the point is it.
Deffo needs a revamp for next edition
