I may have replaced the system data file is this why it would not be working? Is there anyway to start again? Do i have to delete every individual file?

It wont be the system file as I dont include it in the option file as it cant be shared. As per the PM check you have the correct BLES code

Luv your optionfile! Lookin' forward to the next release. I'm havin' some problems with getting the "faces" to work? They don't seem to appear in the game eventhough I copied the files to the PS3. If you could help it would be awesome!??

Guys, when I allready have an OF installed, can I just download another one (will it overwrite my previous OF), or do I have to get rid of my old OF first? Also, when all I want is to install the files containing (for example) new stadiums, because the rest of my OF is complete, can I simply pick the 'stadium' files without affecting the old option file?

Some will be in the next update, including Morocco, I'm still working on most of them though

If you are replacing a option file you just need to delete the "EDITDATA" file of the old option file then overwrite everything else. Alternatively you can create a 2nd user account on your PS3 & install the 2nd option file there so you can use both (at different times). You cant just copy across the stadium files to your current option file, most the stadiums in my file have been made using formulas from the stadium creation thread on here so you could add them to your own file manually.
