I have WE9(USA). I was able to find the unknown_4429.bin(even though GGS and AFS explorer both claimed the file did not exist), but I have not been able to find the file for the palette. unknown_4560.bin is not in the 0_text as far as I can find. Somebody in an earlier thread said that the palette in WE9 is 4510.bin but I can't find that either. Could someone tell me where to find the palette in WE9(USA)? Thanks for any help. Giggs

GiggsIsGod i believe it is that. What do you mean you cannot find it does GGS not display the names as e.g unnamed_4510.bin? What platform, they may differ.
