lol, that really sucks..the boots look like have fangs eheh, but I don't think you can do anything about it, unless editing the bootpak file..which I believe it's kinda complicated..

Very common problem, what happens here is when theres a boot that uses a dark black and there are lots of varied colours, when you make it indexed it can only use 256 colours. So what it does is assigns 0,0,0 RGB to the dark blacks on the palette. Thus not making that bit transparent. Easiest way to get rid of this is by making the area around the studs like extreme green (0,255,0 RGB)
