can somebody please explain why the fatigue arrows are necessary?

i mean i can understand when you are playing a season leag or something. but why should it be there when we are playing rank match online?

isnt it suppose the be the best 11 vs the best 11 against the opponent?

i mean i remember playing 2013 against a player who had 999 points and i had 630 or something. i chose manchester ciy and all the important players including hart was tired. im talking hart, tevez, yaya, ageurro da silva. all had purple arrow. come on man how am i suppose to beat him and he comes with a full squad. he played with real madrid.

just now i played with city on 2014 and almost the identical problem.

i mean if we play match ranking online or even competition online isnt it the purpose to see who is the best? how can you be the best if you have to play with your 2nd squad cause of fatigue? this feels kinda like cheating.

To answer your original question, in my view the "form arrows" are tired and dated, and have no place in a modern PES game. As you say, it's unfair during an online match when all your best players have purple arrows.
The idea is totally unrealistic. I mean, we all know players can have off days, but it shouldn't make THAT much of a difference to their ability!
In the last PES I played properly, when playing online I only played in match lobbies, when I created a match, I made all the form arrows on green.

A better system would be to introduce a "live season" sort of thing, as Fifa has done where the form of the player matches the form in real life, or just scrap the idea entirely.

These is a game. The best player is the one who plays football with any team or any player, not the one who wins because he/she only use the best players of the best teams.
If you have the best players of City bad, u have to play with the others. And u have to play with the others the same way that if you were playing with the best players.

but if i am playing you one time only in ranking match i want to play with my best players against your best players. what you just said is like saying that you would fight a drunk boxer than brag about it when you win when in actuality he was drunk and not in his best shape.

Its tottally different a fighting that its 1 to 1 and a football game that have a team vs a team.
The players dont play the 38 games of the season (of course more games with cup games and a few more if they play for his national team). So for that u can use the other players to finish the season. With this you learn how that other players move.
If you learn that u dont have to have problem for to use this other players if u cant use the best players in that 1 online match. Because the other is going to use the best for sure, if they are in good or bad condition. So if he have players in bad condition you have to know (if possible) to use your players in the best condition (even if they are bad players) in that place to win that area of the pitch.
1 problem here is that u are thinking what the other can do before the match started. If you think in the rival will decreace what you can do.

In pes 2013 in community matches you can choose the arrow condition. I dont check if it can be possible in pes 2014.
