Can you change game speed when hosting online?

I don't play online at all anymore I just got frustrated with games ALMOST always having lag and loosing not because they were better players but because my players were almost impossible to control

So I have 2 questions


Firstly can the host of an online match change the speed settings of the game ie +2 +1 0 -1 -2 ?

Secondly whats the GENERAL opinion about connection quality in pes 2012?..I am obviously aware that different players are going to give differing answers here so this q is somewhat subjective to the players personnel experience


Im asking as i am considering trying to play online again but I now ALWAYS play games on -2 speed as i am convinced it is more like real lfe


IF you know about patches and particuarly .adx sound chant files plz could you take a look at my other thread as I really need help with a problem

Hi, you can't change the game speed when playing online.

And regarding the connection. It works fine, I don't have a problem with it. I live in Europe and I play on a regular basis with a friend from the US. Both our connections are great therefore it works like a bliss. Lag free.

I did, however, experience some lag when playing against users from Eastern Asia, Hong Kong/Japan etc. it sucked. I think it's all about your internet connection and not the distance though. I played with people all around the world it worked great: South America, Central America, etc.

Agree. I think it's mainly about the connection speed. I experience that players from Africa, and the middle east have the worst connections. Probably they just have the lowest speeds. Western European players tend to have the best connections. But overall, it is not laggy. At most 1 in 5 matches is not smooth. Only 1 in 10/15 really lags with me. You can see in someones statistics how high their percentage finished matches is. If it above 80%, you don't have to worry about lag.

Well you should be able to maybe in future it will have such a feature ty for the hu least now i know
