Can you edit leagues?

Just picked up PES2013, wondered can you edit the teams in the leagues, e.g make Div 1 and Div 2 mixed up with French and English teams for example? Also can you make your own team with your own kit etc?

Also can you make your own team with your own kit etc?

Hi guys

I was wondering, do you have to make your own team & kit in Edit mode BEFORE you start ML? Back in the PS2 days it was part of the startup process for the ML.

Also, once you get going can you edit your kit when you want? Say once every two season for example - partly to make it more realistic and also partly to keep it visually interesting.
