Do you know the way way that some of your teammates have stars next to their name and they would have special abilities like overlapping run and pinpoint pass and the color of the card wouldn't be green but gold

Playing Style cards? I don't know, haven't got any of those, now that I think about it. Should be able to, just wait longer.

You can only get skill cards, since you can choose to play in whatever style you want, no card needed. It would be nice, though, if the game did have some mechanism for receiving instruction from the manager, either through cards (ie, he wants your CF character to help out defensively, so you get the "Chasing Back" card, maybe through training), or just telling you before the game, so you don't have to run around like a madman trying to get the ball in order to boost your rating.
