Alright so we all know that we have to amongst other things sign players to contracts in MyClub.

Thing is, I thought it was expensive when I paid 500 GPs for the first player I had to put a contract on... BUT I found out the prices of the contracts where related to the quality of the player!

Come on, I had to pay 1800 GPs for an 80 rated GK and 4300 for Ronaldo!

Really? We all know that's why they will have micro-transactions but this is just impossible to buy everything you need (contracts, recovery etc) and building your 'dream team' without paying with real cash... big time.

This comment comes from a guy who plays FUT so imagine, I thought EA were the worst. lol

no people cant just build an amazing team straight away, also its good that konami gets money they deserve it more then EA & i feel that its ok what they did. Once competitions are released. You get more from winning

I don't think I made myself clear. People with money WILL build amazing teams in a hurry.

Contracts cost and such are too expensive period. As for Konami getting money, great for them especially if they can improve the game every year.

GP isn't hard to earn, doing everything in the game (including using special skill moves and blocks) earns you GP, you get daily GP, playing and doing things in other game modes like ML and BAL, and a win grants you over 3000 GP, even releasing some players returns you some GP. I have Ronaldo too and yes he's 4300. Right now I have no problems maintaining my GP, FIFA on the other hand, I so easily drain my coins.

Yeah contracts in FIFA can get expensive, either you get a few in a pack or you buy some in the market from people that overprice the bejesus out of them (can't get lower than 7000 coins for them now). Coins can be difficult to earn because you have to maintain your team after almost every match which costs coins (injury, stamina, contract, etc) and you get squat for coins if you lose (~300 or even lower if you foul or go offside too often).

Not necessarily, I notice a pattern when obtaining high rated players, they're usually much less compatible with your team managers, would you rather have a 1500 strength team with ~30 team spirit? I wouldn't, team spirit is what helps your team work together well (land accurate passes, get in proper offense or defense position, make good saves as a GK or so). My 69 GK that has almost all the links to my managers perform better than my 82 GK that only has 1 or 2 links and lets in weak goals, seriously that drives me nuts.

That might be the key. I can't play online to save my life, I get kicked out all the time. GPs offline give you less than that unless you play at the hardest difficulty I guess?

As for the rest of your argument, I'll continue observing if it's a trend or not because so far I'm still puzzled that Ronaldo can't run past any slow CBs. Do you know if it's the team spirit that affects even the pace of players? I have him at 93 as we speak.

Also, do team spirit helps fatigue?

Not after a while. You get 300 GP for every skill move...ONCE! After you have recieved the bonus for a skill move one time, you never get it for the same move again.

I also can't play online. I just end up loosing all the time. I win once or twice in ten games or so but I still managed to get up a few divisions. However I don't get nearly to 3000 GP for a win. I get about 2000 GP so I guess you have to climb a few divisions to get more GP.

I guess that's kind of right. Ronaldo doesn't play for a division 6 team. He plays for Real Madrid so all the guys that play in lower divisions will have a hard time keeping up a good team.

I currently have two squads. I have a squad of crappy players that are just under 70. A player rated 70 costs 500 GP in contracts and from 71 and up they start to go up in price. So make yourself a team of players that have 68-70 rating and use them to play offline every now and then to regain fitness to your online team which can then be as good as you like.

Actualy I think you might even overpriced the contracts. A 13 game contract, which if you have the maximum negotiation bonus from the managers in your club of +50%, turns into a 19 game contract. On the PSN such a contract goes for 150 coins, 200 for buy now. It's dirt cheap!

I've had shit also all the time until yesterday when I picked up Chiellini in a black ball with two regular agents. First ever black ball and first player rated ever over 77 for me :laugh:

Also still waiting for my superstars Götze and some other dude but I just recieved an answer from Konami saying they will sort it out with the next update on the 20th.

yeah it sucks but ive only actually played two games online in division 12 W1D1L0 but because ive played half a ML season on superstar and am 3rd in la liga and through to knockout in CL thats why ive already opened 5 or 6 top agent packs worth 60,000 and i still have 13,000 left so i think ill be alright when i eventually have a stint in myclub

Oh nice! How much GP do you get when you play other modes then myClub? I've only played myClub so far and opened about 10-15 Top Agents and about 30-40 normal agents.

well i got about 15,000 in gifts for the emergencey maintenance and daily rewards and first win etc etc i got alot of 300's for certain stuff in game 5,000 for making it through the CL group stage and about 300 each win on superstar m8

Really? Even sitting in division 12 you should be getting 3000 GP minimum for a win, and each match you play the multiplier goes up by .01, a loss should get you over 600 and tie over 1000 GP. I've been on a really bad losing streak and still making decent amount of GP to maintain my team, I'm sitting at over 65K GP right now on PS4 and 55K on PC.

And about benching top players is a good idea to conserve GP funds, besides you can build a high team spirit squad with mid level players anyways.

No. In div.12 I got only the 1600 for a win, 1000 for a tie and 600 for a loss. The multiplier was very low so I didn't get more then the basic amount. I'm in div.9 now and I haven't got a win in it yet but in div.10 I got about 1900 for a win, 1200 for a tie and about 750 for a loss. I have two multiplier things that my GP is multiplied with. One of which I noticed went up every time I got to a higher division, but it's still only on 1,15 or something and the other has climbed a little bit but not much. It's on 1,08 I think. I've finished all of my games, never quit or anything, it's around 40-50 games now.

reason fifa is cheap because people keep opening pack driving market down. But this is brilliant because there isn't a market also wouldn't want people getting GP so easily.
