Can You use PES 5 kits in PES 4 ?

Hi

I was wondering if their is anyway yuo can use a PES5 kit in PES4 or is their a coverter or do the PES5 kits need a bit of ediiting if they are being inserted to pes4.

I have tried inserting a PES5 kit in PES4, but the kits come out horrible.
