Can't Get On Playstation Network Ps3 Help!!

Can anyone please help i have a ps3 & cant play pes online i keep getting a message "an error has occurred you have been signed out of the playatation network (80710B23)" when i originally got the game i could play online for about a week now i cant have phoned playstation customer services loads of times they suggested lots of things but nothing works & it seems like they don't have a clue.I have a ps3 a wired connection on broadband i have also phoned ny network provider (virgin) & there isn't a problem on their side. I have looked on the net & other people are having the same problem. I have tried everything but no luck. Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me would be very much appreciated. Thank you
P.S I can get onto the net with ps3 i do get my updates but just cant get onto network or legends mode or the playstation store.

same thing is happening with me, i think.. mine comes up saying cannot connect to DNS or something like that. anyone know why?

I had a similar problem with Virgin but after a day it ended up just working again.

I'm sure there's some forums about PS3 etc that would be more help than this one...

I haven't tried PES 09 online yet but had the same problem with last years game. I am with AOL and all my other games work fine online.

I've Found The Solution (thank God)

First of all i would like to say a big thank you to all of you who have tried to help.
I found the solution the problem was that in the network settings you have a thing called MTU, it is set to 1500 by default you have to set it to 1492 manually instead, this sorted out the problem. Now i'm over the moon that i can play my beloved PES online again:cheer:
