Can't unlock trophies for the game after downloading option file

Everything was fine till I downloaded the latest patch and an update for an option file. Now I can't unlock trophies. I just tried playing the Europa League and after winning my first game, I still got no trophy.

That is true, if you download an option file, you cannot win trophies.

It's a shame but life's not easy bro. Got to make compromises and PES is no different.

Delete just the editdata file & copy it again & that should fix the problem. If the OF included a systemdata file then delete that as well, but don't copy it again ;)

Yeah that's the problem I think. I had to delete everything. Next time, I will not copy the edit and system data file.

You need to copy the editdata file otherwise any OF won't work, it's the systemdata that is the issue as it is locked to your PS3 ;)
