CAPTAIN TSUBASA (Holly & Benji) for PES5 ?!?!

Hi to all.
I'm italian,and I'm sorry for my bad english.
I'm looking for a patch for pes5 that inserts CAPTAIN TSUBASA (or Holly & Benji).
I know that a patch is already available for Winning Eleven 9, but I would like to have it on my pes5 for PC...
Is there someone that could help me,sending bmp pictures,faces,kits,flags,chants...everything about that wonderfoul cartoon?!

I made one for PES5,but dont remember where I put it,sorry...It didnt have much,just 2 teams with the stars from CT,but I liked to play with Hyuga Kojiro...
It was really cool when Lazio brought him and Real got Tsubasa,but its a poor one.
