Have any changes been made to this list?

Aside from Rivelino and Bertoni, I've tested with these players and they can still do it.

One addition is Park Chu Young, albeit he can't do it very well.

Any others?
Perhaps someone with the guide might know.

Aiden Mcgeady of celtic should be able to do it but in the game he cant :-( ive been at celtic park many a time when he has ripped teams apart doing it :-D
