Chants for PES5

Could anybody post guidelines for making patch for chants in PES5? I know that there are some good patches already made for chants (Maximo, etc...), but, as I plan to add some new teams to the game (Red Star Belgrade, Partizan Belgrade, etc...), I would like to know
How To Insert Chants Audio Files In PES5...Cause I have some really good...
So, what programs should I use, etc...

Thanx mate! I have all the software needed, I just need to start! Good hint! I have seen somewhere around map of PES5 with all the files (shirts, chants, etc, etc...).
