Try holding down the cross button and pointing the D pad diagonal and down to drive a low hard corner. Pull the cross to the edge of box for someone to to smash it in.

whem im 1 on 1 with the keeper i normally press down+right together to slot it in the bottem right corner or left+down ive also noticed if you press right+up together and put the power about 3 quarters of the way up u bang it in to the top right.
