Gronkjaer was always a confidence player, unfortunately because he was shit so often, the crowd often gave him a lot of stick - no confidence.

He was the most frustrating player I've ever known, he had everything a winger needed. He was incredibly fast, could beat 3,4,5 players, reach the touchline. Alright Jesper, just knock it in the box now. No. He'll pass it to some bloke in the Shed Lower.

You'd have thought you can teach someone to cross the ball quite easily, it's teaching the light-speed dribbling that's difficult. However he was the wrong way round.

It's the same with Rommedahl, Denmark breed their wingers from athletic tracks I think.
