have you check 2nd box when you have imported created teams ?

I give you again the conditions of import for an OF :

- make first the Konami updates

- import the OF by checking 2nd box for teams with files .bin beginning by :
GER1 (excepted Dortmund, Schalke and Leverkusen because licencied teams),
EU (excepted licencied teams kiev, clubbrugge, zagreb, basel, cska moskva and besiktas),
CLA, ASI, MLS, LAM, BRA, CHN, NATEU, NATNAM, NATAF, NATASI

- don't check box for the others teams (files .bin beginning by ENG1, ENG2, FRA1, FRA2, ESP1, ESP2, ITA1, ITA2, NED1, POR1)

If you do this, you will have the players in the good teams because I did all the last transfers.

No necessary to delete free players.

There's 20 teams maximum for Major League Soccer in PES.
In the real MLS, there's 22 teams (11 in eastern conference and 11 in western conference).

If I add Atlanta United and Minnesota United, I must delete 1 team in Eastern Conference and 1 team in Western Conference.

But which team to delete ?
I don't know and the choice must satisfy majority of members.

It will contains :
- Bundesliga, Others European teams, Brasileirao updated (last transfers).
- Complete Chinese League with Guizhou Hengfeng instead of Hangzhou Greentown.
- Major League Soccer : for this league, teams aren't complete yet because for USA, Primary Transfer Window is : Feb. 14 – May 8, 2017

"Check the 2nd box" means : you want to keep your own players (fake teams or created teams) , like Bundesliga, Brasileirao, Chinese League ...

"Don't check the box" means: you keep Konami's players ans rosters
and for these teams , ENG1, ENG2, FRA1, FRA2, ESP1, ESP2, ITA1, ITA2, NED1, POR1 , no fake players or created teams ; then , no necessary to check a cross

thanks for the OF. there are still some duplicates e.g. graziano pelle in italy team is a free agent and there is another one in chinese team which seems to be base copy. same for axel witsel and some other players as well. Can these be fixed in the next update?

You are doing something wrong because if you follow the instructions, everything will be "changed"

I will be coming from BOE. I see some instructions below V1 for DFL. Wouldn't it be easiest to just delete everything, do live update, and install everything from V2?

yes, if you have another OF, it's better to desinstall it and after, install everything from V2
