Chipped Xbox

Heres the deal, I read somewhere recently that it would be far easier to get the proper kits and updates for the Xbox version if your Xbox was modded. Can anyone shine any light on this? I thought maybe perhaps this means that you could buy a chipped Xbox PES4 copy with all these updates already on it but I aint too sure. Also I was thinking about getting an Xbox Max Drive but would I be able to use it to download kits & updates from my PC for PES4 for my Xbox?

Yeah I know I cant get Xbox Live but the temptation was too much & I know people say pirates are destroying the gaming world but I aint turning down games for five quid! Anyways thankz 4 replying. Do u think when the game has been out for a while people will be posting in how to manually make the proper kits using the new sponsor editor including pics maybe?

Yes, people who post on how to create the perfect kits, just look how many there are for PES3.

Also, if you get a "switch-off" chip, you can go online, you just turn your chip off!

On nearly all the new chips you can disable them allowing you to use xbox live.

Do you know the procedure in which you switch it off ? Is it technical and requires skill ?

Nope, on my chip (Aladin) Turn the xbox on as normal disables the chip.
Holding it in for 1 second turns the chip on.

my xbox chip saved me on live, after a few ales i went to go on live with it still enabled, tried 3 times to connect but it wouldnt have it b4 i realised the green led was on at the front.
