I want to create a classic Arsenal team and will need some help. This will be for the PS3 version.
I want players that played for Arsenal in the 60's - 2006 and have retired
3 gk's, 10 df's, 10 mf's, 5 fw's would be my squad.

That is just a few players I have come up with and would love Arsenal fans to help me with this. Once we have a squad I will need help with stats and faces etc. Would prefer to have the player from when they joined the club. With Lukic preferably when he played in the 1989 season.

This list is just players that have been suggested. I hope to start to create a squad of players after the 22nd October so we have a few more days before I start to create the squad. Once I have a squad I will post it and then will require your help.

i created one last year for pes 2008, but instead of a classic arsenal team i made an "ex-gunners" team which also included the likes of henry,viera,campbell, ect. just a thought. good luck and u may want to add David Platt. looking 4ward ti the OF!

Anelka, Henry, Vieria, Kanu, Wiltord are still playing and i would prefer players that no longer play football

Also if anyone can find pictures of the players that would help.

Michael "It's up for grabs now" Thomas (1987–1991, 208 apps./30 goals) :D

Allan Ball (1971–1976, 217 /52)
Graham Rix (1977–1988, 464/51)
Brian Talbot (1979–1985, 327/49)
Paul Davis (1980–1994, 447/37)
Perry Groves (1986–1992, 203/28)

Alan Sunderland (1977–1983, 281/92) should perhaps also have a spot, but then it becomes a question of who to leave out among those FWs.

(btw. the numbers are from Wiki, so there's a possibility they are incorrect).

If i get a long list of players perhaps as a group we can create a team from that list. if people are willing to add players surely we can then rattled them down to 28. I will also be looking at the 50 greatest arsenal players that was done on the website as well so there will be more added to the list before I decide that we need to cut down to 28

have read on the winningeleven blog website that the update being released by konami will erase all of editing done on option files. so will delay this until after the update is released.

The other time I created Arsenal's 2003-2004 "Invincibles" squad on PES 2011. I wanted kits for the current team, so I got the option file and lost all my classic teams I created (This was intentional.). My classic teams include: Milan 2004-2005, Juventus 2004-2005, "The Galacticos" 2003-2004, Liverpool 2004-2005 and "Invincibles" Arsenal 2003-2004. I created based on the stats on this site: www.pesstatsdatabase.com. (The search is kinda crappy sometimes.)
