But I want the stats from when he was in his prime, which certainly wasnt 2004 or whenever PES5 came out.

it may be just me, but i feel i get a greater sense of satisfaction if i score with a below average player. Eg, Dickov, who's pretty gd in e real world, but his stats altho realistic, seems pretty shite stil. Dickov is however one of my fav players to score with in the game. but tbh sometimes "too shitty" players arent gd to play with either 0_0

just try

1994?

He definitely had great finishing ability back then - 95+ I'd say. ;)

man, romario in his prime was like this:

98 attack
30 defense
86 balance
75 stamina
96 respose
85 agility
87 dribble
90 dribble speed
77 short pass
75 short pass speed
72 long pass
74 long pass speed
97 shot accuracy
83 shot power
99 shot technique
71 freekick
73 curling
88 header
90 jump
90 technique
85 aggression
80 mentality
76 teamwork
5-condition
5-weak foot accuracy
3-weak foot use

He was awesome in his prime (around 1994-1999), these stats might be a little generous, but I tried my best to be as realistic as possible. With regards to his "stars," just give him all the stars that have to do with goal scoring and positioning in the area. He was a machine in his day.

I forgot top speed:

88

You forgot Acceleration.

His heading and jumping ability was better than that in my opinion. I remember him having such a big jump for a small guy - jump should be 95 and heading should be 90. Weak foot accuracy should be 7, weak foot frequency should be 4.

Apart from those, everything else looks fine.
