I have been loking at the classic teams and I feel the the Classic england has either the wrong players..or underrated players...(Bob Moore Sucks me balls.)So I was wondering what the line ups you guys have and what stat chages if any you made.....

I made Waddle excellent (he is my god), and I haven't altered the rest yet, but Bobby Moore should probably be just about the best defender in the game.

anyone with a mullet can't be my god....but I can't belive Tony adams and Shearer don't exisit on the team...and Gar.L being the best England Striker? Me thinks not

Yeah the omission of Adams & Shearer is a real shame, but I'm sure that'll be rectified in the next one - well I hope so anyway !

Waddle was a great player, saw him in one of his first ever games & my dad said straight away that he thought he looked class - good judge of a player my old dad !!!!
Diamond lights and a mullett - maybe not so cool off the pitch eh ?!! ;)

I hven't really set up my classic England team yet but I will do soon & then I'll post my line up. :)

When he was fit he was always in the team I think, captain aswell on a few occasions, but I suppose he was perhaps more a LEGEND in club football.

I think he should be in there though. ;)

the classic teams consist of more older players from the before the 90's. de stefano for example played in the 50's!!! and as for the classic english team they are the utter crap of crap in the game, moore shood b amazing!!! i think its basically the team that won the world cup

the classic teams tend to be a combination of two teams from different era's...namely england is mainly world cup 90 and world cup 66 teams, brazil is the 1970 team and the 1982 team, holland 70's and holland late 80's, with a few oddballs thrown in the mix in each team...

Shearer isn't in the classic team because he is still playing, which i think is fair enough. Beardsley should be in the England classics though. Barnes was generally crap for England (except for the goal against Brazil obviously).
