on the pc version you unlock the teams by winning the international cup with the corresponding team. i won it with argentina and classic argentina was unlocked. you can unlock others the same way, winning the cup with italy, france, brazil etc..

On PS3 you just have to win International Cup. Go to Gallery>Track List>Classic Teams. Press X at the team you want to unlock and it will show you what to do to unlock it. I have a PS3 version, so it's 100%.

i played with maradona a few times, and i tell you he's ten times a better dribbler than ronaldinho in this game. incredible, he just doesn't give away the ball.

other than that argentina i usually favor italy, and in pes 2008 i honestly wonder whether they put zidane in classic france and if they did, his stats.
