Set pieces!

I call BS. Ultimate BS. It doesn't matter how I mark the culprits. I tell myself... "I KNOW THIS PIECE OF SHIT IS GONNA RECEIVE THE HEADER" and mark him like crazy. And guess what? Same guy receives the set piece and heads it in. Seriously? I was up 2-0 against palermo. They came 2 goals behind from what? SET PIECE HEAD INS. I flung my ps3 controller right across from where I was sitting :realmad:.




Well.. it didn't break the HDTV. Thank God.

It does suck ass!! On mine though Ferdinand copes pretty well with every 1 he comes up against at corners/free kicks. Vidic who you'd think would be even better at that is worse. I always put Rio on the edge of the 6 yard box, nearest the corner taker.

LOOOOL hmmm um there not that good but after you go ahed the ai does seem to switch up and they often have good attacking play (or not so good play that still results in a shot)

so you have to guard against that.

I agree it's difficult, and sometimes seems cheap. Have you tried using R2 and/or supercancel to position your player?

I did but to no avail. I looked at the header stat of my CBs and they were in the 70s. Maybe that might be the reason. Need to recruit CBs with better heading and jumping power.

ps: Don't even get me started on scoring goals right now. AI went up again at the D1 league. My players are average at best right now. Before I can compete on an even playing field with monsters like ManU (who just recruited maradona LOL), I gotta have a load of points.

i have dossed my controller across the room before but that was last year for my wirless ps 2 controller one of the r2 or l2 buttons came out i was like shit so i am not doing that again
