I think a lot of people want to see real-life coaches in the game, but also I would like to see different coaches have different attitudes and goals, thus adding more variety to the teams themselves. Arsene Wenger, in otherwords, can be traded to another team, and that team might start playing more of a passing game, and they might also try to bring in players more suited to his style of play.
Moreover, in BAL, some coaches might value certain attributes more than others, and also have certain differences in terms of their expectations. For example, the coach of the team you are on might take very harshly to giving away fouls - i.e. they don't favour physical play as much as another coach might. So, you get a poor rating for getting a yellow card, wereas another coach might not see it as a major concern.
I think this idea could be expanded on quite a bit, so let me know what you think.
PEACE YO.
