To answer yours and CC's questions...yes, as the file has been based on v1 of the PESFan OF.

The Crystal Palace badge is incorrect because the bottom of the badge is missing off it.

I think I've corrected the main errors etc that were present in v1, that were sorted out in v2. If anyone spots any mistakes or updates that are needed with any of the non-Championship teams then these can be ironed out for v2 of the Championship file.

nath_scfc has provided the formation details and higgerz has provided the kits. So what's needed now is the stats and appearances for the players, if you can help with that.

is this only an option file? or is this going to be a patch including afs inserted kits, balls, stadiums

because ive got the Football League number style, the 2 Mitre FL balls (White + Flourescent) and of course Madejski Stadium for PES5

I've also made Reading kits in png form, and the appearances etc but it seems you dont need those
