@bluemonkey magic I'm a Gooner and like most Gooners I don't like players like Johnson, Martin Taylor, Ryan Shawcross etc. My team's suffered more than most by bad tackles or flying elbows from players who think it's acceptable to kick players up in the air because teams who play football "don't like it up 'em". Personally I blame the media for perpetuating this but that doesn't mean the players themselves can't take a share of that blame. Johnson may not have broken anyones legs yet but I dislike him because of his hypocrisy- complaining about being fouled in post-game interviews, completely ignoring the fact that he'd elbowed someone in the head during the same game. Clearly I'm biased towards the style of football that Arsenal play and Roger Johnson is the polar opposite to that style. Sorry for length but I wanted to explain myself properly.
and I suppose being a gooner you remember Tony Adams and Martin Keown in their prime?
Arsenal always like to be the victims! you'd think no other team has suffered injuries in a season
