There's another zip folder inside. Is that important or optional? I think it's about master league and 3 other folders.

It is for:
- adding third and fourth kit to licensed teams
- having legends and iconic moments released by Konami
- editing young players for the ML with real ones
- having back retired or removed players after DLC 3

Not sure what you mean by this. I have all the latest Konami updates and have FO_DAGICOG_2017_V3.2a installed.

If I do a Live Update under the EDIT Menu in game, then I would need to do install more than what is in WEPES3.

So what Konami Update do we need to install in order to only install WEPES3?

If you have v3.2, no Konami update needed, just WEPES3.
The update is needed for a brand new install.
I corrected the info...

Sorry i'm newbie in here, 1st my apologize if I do wrong things in this forum and my bad english.

I wanna ask, I just bought new PS4 (I'm newbie in PS4 also, this is my 1st console player), and ofcourse I bought PES 2017 to, so if I wan to get all correct logo's/kit's and updated transfer player, what must I do?..
FYI, even I'm not start the game till now :D,

Download the file. In the file is instructions that will explain what you need to do.

If your language is different than the instructions language, then use https://translate.google.com to translate to your language.

The only thing manually you will need to do is the rename the Leagues, add logos to the leagues, and rename competions and add logos to the competions.
