I will do in a bit HTF. Before we move on to the Ashton stats people I just want to post a little something. Its just a little update for Lasanna Diarra, the young Chelsea player. I doubt many of you will have seen too much of him, so here is just a little update for the player.

He is in the same mould as Makelele but can play a CM position as well. Good sound young player, definitely needs to improve defensive awareness and positioning. He shows great vision, Im sure in a couple of seasons time we will be adding on that playmaking star and raising his passing stats!
Pacey as well, but needs to develop the right mentality which will undoubtedly come with age.

bags i am begging you,..could u please do aaron lennon,.. for he is soo underated on the game, and is such an exciting player...i no ur probably busy doing other requests,..but im sure lots of other people would love you to have a go at him,..

This will be one of those occasions when you will have to just trust me! Funny you should mention Lennon, as he is one of my next players with Sissoko. Probably next actually.

1st point I will make is about deans Passing I have raised the stats in this department and with 78 for short pass accuracy when he’s on form he can thread through those little through balls that cut through the defence. I have given dean a 75 for long pass accuracy meaning he can play lofted passes comfortably.
My 2nd point I will make Is about deans superb ability in the air he wins a lot of headers in a match and this is portrayed in game with a 88 for jump and 81 for heading these combined with the post player special star and a 86 for balance will mean that in game dean can lead the line well, as well as play as a ‘second striker’ just behind a out and out front man.
My final point I will make is Deans superb ability to score goals, Dean Ashton is a goal machine, he has scored goals wherever he has been and has that ability that only a very few strikers possess of been in the right place at the right time. He can make fantastic late runs into the box, he can score headers from set plays and he can shoot and dribble well. These abilities are shown in game with an excellent 87 for aggression and the positioning and scoring stars respectfully and with an 80 for dribble accuracy combined with his balance show how tough it is to get him off the ball, although when he’s off form he can give away possession easily.

A good set there. Good attack/defence ratio, and aggression is good aswell, although I would probably lower it a few points just to make sure we have that standard between players, but it is in range so its good. Speed and acceleration also bang on. I hav very few gripes, the main one is probably his passing. We are just about in range, but I would raise his short pass accuracy to maybe 81/82, as that is a key feature for him. Another thing which is ESSENTIAL is the passing star. He really does need this, and is one of a very few strikers who deserve it.
Only two other things really. Firstly I would say his jump is quite high, he doesnt have the springing capability of a player who deserves 88 jump. Your right to say he does have great leap when considering his general athleticism, 82/83 would be better.
But apart from that a good set, you did particularly well with the shooting stats, although I am not sure about the scoring special star as that has implementations on LIKELIHOOD of shooting.

bag i have to disagree with lampard if u are going to look at standards then the only player i can think of that should have stamina 99 is gattuso, i mean that guy is awesome arguably the best defensive midfielder around right now i really think lampard is slightly overrated there...

hey guys im back! iv been really busy lately so have'nt had time to add bag's brilliant updates, i will add them all tonight and voice my opinion. But first i would like to pose an answer to a question asked a while ago by somebody as to why bags gave frank lampard the scoring and 1-1 scoring special stars, and i would like to say that i think he is right to do so.
firstly lets talk about the scoring star, now i think lampard is one of if not the best goalscoring midfielder in the world right now, i mean was it 14 goals he scored for chelsea last season? certainly enough goals to warrant that special star + the scoring star increases the likelihood of the player shooting as bags says and frank had more shots than any other player at the world cup!
not much to say aboutt he 1-1 scoring star, except that (aside from the world cup) frank virtually never misses when left on his own in front of goal. so that alone is enough to warrant the special star for that.
