Just move them down to the bottom of their squad list (in edit mode/ register player) And then look for any "unregistered" slots in the team you want to move him to (quite similar to swapping players) The "unregistered slot and your player switch sides. If you want to keep him in the game but not with another team, try and keep PES/WE Utd team slots free.
