Convert replays

I recorded a replay using the Taksi program but now I have a file of about 450 Mb, how do i convert this into a normal sized video.
And don't just give me the name of a program, I want to know it step by step becus I'm a n00b with this kind of stuff.

Do not tell me there are lots of these kind of threads becus i can't find them and there's no f***ing search function on this forum.

Hi mate,

Check out my website. I include a step by step process on making movies using Taksi, Virtual Dub etc (Its under Ajay's Zone > Create Replay Movies). If you don't have Nero which I talk about in my tutorial, you can use Audacity, its a freeware sound editor and does the job nicely. You should find it on the internet.

The key to getting a small file size is to use either DivX or XVid Codecs, I explain how to use them in my tutorial.

Any further questions, just post and I will try and help out. BTW the process is identical for PES5 since just yesterday I made a movie of a funny goal I scored on PES5.
