COPA LIBERTADORES 2017 and DAGICOG FULL OF on Chris's (BOE) OF DP2

Hello guys,

Here you have the Copa Libertadores 2017.

The 22 teams of Other America are those really qualified (or likely to be for C. Porteno of Paraguay) for the Copa Libertadores 2017, replacing Bolivar, Liga de Quito and the 7 Mexicans. They have given up to the Copa because it will affect their Liga MX...already qualified , they replace those teams in Others America:
Paraguay: Guarani, Olimpia, Libertad and Cerro Porteno (likely qualified)
Ecuador: Barcelona, Emelec, El Nacional and Independiente del Valle
Peru: Universitario, Melgar and Sporting Cristal
Uruguay: Cerro, Penarol, Wanderers and Nacional
Colombia: Atletico Nacional, Millos, Medellin and Santa Fe
Venezuela: Zamora and Deportivo Tachira
Bolivia: The Strongest

It does not screw up the MLS or other teams from the (BOE) OF of Chris.

For those who need a complete OF, mine is based on Cristiano's 4/4-2 DFL OF with Chris's (BOE) and Decoupe's updates.
No Brasilian players' mess, many transfers updated etc...

Among Asian teams I have chosen Shenhua and Melbourne City instead of Kolkata and Bangkok...

I have tried to remove all dupes and to update to latest transfer, however there can be some other dupes. Help is welcome to check if there are other duplicates...

Delete everything, update the game to the latest Konami version of today and install it from folder WEPES1 to WEPES4.

DO NOT tick AKRAGAS!!! Is the Lega Pro (Italian third division) team of my town :wub: which overwrites Serie B Virtus Entella kits, stadium and manager...

Shenhua replaces Beijing (DFL's), Melbourne City replaces Kolkata and Beijing (erzo77's) replaces Bangkok

Universitario, Cerro, Wanderers, Guaranì, Cerro Porteño, El Nacional, Deportivo Tachira, Independiente del Valle and Independiente Santa Fe replace Liga de Quito, Bolivar, Tigres, Chivas, America, Pumas, Pachuca, Monterey and Tijuana...

V2 of my Copa Libertadores 2017 and of my OF will have Deportivo Municipal from Peru instead of Cerro Porteño from Paraguay.
In fact Deportivo Capiatá from Paraguay took the fourth place left for this country and it is not as strong as the peruvian one... I will release it next week.

A question for you dagicog: I installed your WEPES 1 and I didn't get the kits for national/classic teams. I checked the .bin files and their size was only 8 kb. But the kits are in the WEPES file, so should I install that after the WEPES 1-4? I tried to read your instructions, but my Italian is a bit rusty so... :) Thanks for compiling the OF, though.

edit. Got it! I should copy the WEPES 1-4 to the WEPES file.

My manual was meant to me for my brother and my nephew who are Italian speakers.

Do not forget to update the game!

The DAGICOG folder MUST ALWAYS stay in the WEPES folder it has all necessary images and pictures for the *.bin files.
What needs to be exchanged are folders from WEPES1 to WEPES4.
The second box must be ticked ONLY for WEPES1 and WEPES4.

Now we have all 47 teams qualified for the Libertadores 2017.

If you are interested, I can start working on another project to play in 2017 the Copa Libertadores with 38 real teams!!!

My idea is to replace the 20 MLS with the 18 of the Liga MX, so I can add 2 extra teams, Junior from Colombia and Jorge Wilstermann from Bolivia...

Since in PES 2017 there is room for just 38 teams, we would have 24 teams in other America and the other 14 from Brazil (6) , Argentina (5) and Chile (3)...

Let me know what you think about it!

In my opinion, I think it would be more real for Libertadores to delete those MLS teams and put the others from South America. But I do like playing with MLS teams (even though I'm from Brazil). So, if you are going to delete the teams, at least don't delete from the complete OF. But if you are never going to update that OF (I hope you will) you can do whatever you want :D

Excellent work from all will all logos, kits and pictures fit if i import them in game or will i need to not use some ??

I believe I will create two different optional files.
One with the Liga Mx and another one without the two least strong teams of the MLS. :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Well, you do not need to import them all.
Akragas is not meant to be imported.
If you delete all imsges you got, you them import From WEPES1 to WEPES4 (ticking the second box ONLY for WEPES1 and WEPES4, then you will get a complete game without fakes...
