In Edit Mode, there is a function called 'base copy'. In order to save the players that would otherwise be deleted from the game after the first DLC, you need to edit a fake player (from one of the fake leagues for example) or create a new player and then select 'base copy' and choose the player you want to preserve. That's all.

But how come I heard the first DLC will update lots of players faces?
So, do we have to save all this players faces list here? Will they included on the first DLC?
Or all this playerss faces here will be delete?

R u talking about PS3 or 4!

These players will disappear entirely from the game after the DLC. I think that goes for both PS3 and PS4.

Make a team full of base copied players and export it to your harddrive. Then after the DLC import it back again. Job's done!

Yeah you're right. You just need to base copy them into a fake league. That'll do the job.

It's just that if you want to use/save particular players and you use someone else's OF as a base file, like I do, your base copied players will be gone. That's when exporting them is handy.
